- Stress, anxiety and depression
- Headaches and migraine
- Tense muscles
- Toning facial muscles
- Stimulating the hair and scalp
- Boosting the immune system
It is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years and was traditionally used on a daily basis for relaxation, healing, relief of tension and promotion of strong, healthy hair.
This treatment can induce deep relaxation and is particularly calming, great for those who have trouble sleeping and yet it can also be invigorating and energising, all dependent upon the techniques used.
Ayurvedic oils were traditionally used in this form of massage however the use of oils is now optional and the treatment can be performed while the client is fully clothed if required.
