Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or change of appointment, otherwise 100% of the treatment cost will be charged – Unless, of course, the cancellation is a result of COVID-19 symptoms.

As a small and busy business it really effects my income when people cancel or change their appointment at short notice. I often have a waiting list and it is much easier to fill the space when I have more than 24 hours notice.
